Billy had always been closer to her mother. She had loved her father while he had been alive, but that didn't mean that she was closest to him. Her mother had nurtured her creativity. "It's great to have. I can fix clothes if anything is wrong with them or make new pretty things." Billy said with a grin. "Machine? The big bulky things? With like....the foot pedally thing, right?" While Billy had a few relatives that weren't of only magical descent, she didn't know as much as she should about the muggle world.
Sybill had her moments where she could say some funny things. She knew that she did, that didn't stop her from saying what she did generally, though. She didn't even think about it sometimes.
"I'm inclined to agree with you." She commented. Who didn't like early gifts? And her friend knew what she was like and what her tastes were. "I know the feeling as well, but you're catching on fast." Billy said reassuring him.
Book club was going to be fun. She was excited about the possibility of reading new books. "That sounds like it'll be fun. I'm excited for it." She said with a grin. She was getting excited for a lot of things.
