Narcissa hadn't quite been impressed with the parties of the Common Room, knowing they would be full of alcohol, loose women, and other lewd actions a lady should not involve herself with. Oh, but the Slytherin Quidditch team deserved her extra time and attention, as to perform well they needed to know their House stood behind them fully. Did she mention Lucius happened to be captain? Don't let her fool you, her interest had only been peeked knowing he would return from the field after tryouts and if he were smart let his attention be brought to the porcelain beauty sitting near the fire - a fire that would never have the ability to truly warm her skin.
Flames dances in the blue eyes as she waited, as patiently as she could, for the Guests of Honour to arrive. Narcissa had chosen to pass up the alcohol for now, as she didn't want to compromise her good name. She'd seen far too many scenes that reflected the rumours spread in the morning to know better than to behave in the same manner.
There Lucius was, only Narcissa continued on with her statuesque pose in front of the fireplace. He would have to come to her if her attention had been something he sought out that evening.
