Here Comes the Sun - An AU Marauders Era Game

Unfortunately due to Roz's on-going health issues, and my work schedule, Roz and I are going to be stepping down as mods for the time being and closing the game.

We've really enjoyed playing with you all, and we're sorry that we didn't get the chance to play as much as we wanted to with you all.

If things improve we'll let you know and re-open the game. Until then posting access is closed, but I hope that you all enjoyed the game as much as we did.

Hello all! My name is Brandi and I am new here. I've got Cygnus Black (loving, doting dad of Bella, Andromeda, and Narcissa).  His bio is posted in his journal, so if anyone is interested in looking at it, it's there.  But game wise, I would love to interact with as many of you as possible.  Cygnus is without a doubt a pure-blood elitist but he tries not to be a total ass.  If anyone wants to talk plot - or just talk - you can find me on AIM at either smile79336 or tay takes pics.

So, I hate to do this right now but I have to go on a hiatus for two weeks. Anyway,I'm bringing my Ipod Touch but I  don't think I'll be able to find Wifi since I'm going to the middle of nowhere.

Hi! I just realized that I completely and totally forgot to make this hiatus post. My bad. Please forgive me. I've been somewhat absent for about a week, I know. It's been filled mostly with packing things and saying goodbye to people I won't see for a while. I'm moving almost to the other side of the US, so it's a big deal for me.

I'm sorry for forgetting to mention this~ I'll be back as soon as I possibly can. A week more, two at most. I'll just be settling into the college, so I hope it won't take as long as my 'at most' estimation.

Question. When does Dueling club start and is there anything special being done with it? As an example a game I used to play in would pair off all the members each meeting and then post the winners and little details the players cooked up. I'd be willing to help with that if needed so it's not more work for the mods.

Edit: Also when are the Gryff Quidditch tryouts?

So,hi! I'm Natalia (Yes,that one that plays Rita Skeeter) and I bring you Professor Pomona Sprout. As you already know,she teaches Herbology so you'll probably find her at the.

She was a Hufflepuff,so she completely adores hard-working students although she tries to treat everyone equally,no matter if they're Slytherins or Gryffyndors. But she can't help showing favoritism to students that actually seem to be interested in Herbology.
She tries to make her classes as entertaining as she can but she can be severe with uncareful students.

With her colleagues,she usually isn't the loudest one.She's normally quiet unless she has something interesting to say,so most people think she's really shy.
Also,she's a lesbian,but better to keep that as a secret,right?

Hello, everyone! It's Hailey again (you know, that weirdo that plays Sybill sibyllt)!

I've got a new one here for everyone to play with and oh and ah over! I've got Madam Rosmerta, though she'd much rater go by Rosmerta or other variations on that name for now. She is still young. She's owned the Three Broomsticks for around 4 years now. She lives in Hogsmeade and is amused by students. She can be flirtatious, she loves Quidditch, likes to drink.... She can be pretty fun! OH! And she was engaged at one point, broke that off. She also has two siblings that are still in Hogwarts.

She was a Ravenclaw, but she's friendly, will talk to whoever.

Anyway, I'm up for all plots. Throw whatever you'd like to at me, I'll be happy to work with it.

Hey, it's Anna again, and I have a new character, Ted Tonks: wtftonks

He's a Ravenclaw, he's very mellow, but he has a tendency to think that he's invincible, so he may do some pretty dangerous things. He's a new chaser on the Ravenclaw quidditch team, which is a bit of a stretch for him as it involves regularly scheduled programming, but he thinks it should be fun anyway. He also enjoys muggle literature and Science Fiction television shows, including (but not limited to) Doctor Who. He loves that bloke with the wicked long scarf and the ridiculous hair. That one's his favorite. He's funny, charming, and very friendly. Well, if he likes you. If he doesn't, he can be a bit of a dick, because he tends to act before thinking it all the way through. But again, mostly a nice bloke. And a muggleborn, so he's not much on Slytherins. But anyway.

Hi everyone, I'm Mackenzie, Sirius' new player.

Sirius is an interesting mix of utter charm and utter douchiness, as have been many teenage boys of my acquaintance. As I'm sure you know, he's the firstborn son of Walburga and Orion Black, wealthy, handsome, Pureblood -- and Gryffindor. Whoops. Subsequently, he rebelled by making friends with James, Peter and Remus, and many hijinks were had.

I'd love some plot for him and to get a better sense of his relationships -- family of course, and also teachers, friends, enemies and even casual lovers/snog partners. (He's bisexual, just starting to get into guys.)

Alright. :3 So I am totally back from my hiatus and will slowly be working through all the posts as quickly as I possibly can. Thankfully I'm only a member of three games unlike some people I know who take part in more than can be counted on two hands. This, my poor lovelies, is Walburga Black.

She is the matriarch of the Black family and has a short temper. If you’re on the family tree, dating someone on the family tree or causing trouble for someone on the family tree you will hear from her. Walburga sends a large number of Howlers to her family members when she perceives them as getting out of line, and she likes to know everyone’s business.

Currently her marriage to Orion is faltering due to the problems they’ve had with Sirius and she is growing more and more agitated about what she might have to do.

There’s more information about her on her journal, but I’d love some plot and also to work out her relationships with her children and family.

Hi guys! I'm Alex, Australian and bring you one Abraxas Malfoy. Coming from an old family that isn't originally big money he always thought he deserved to be among the richest families. At an early age he learnt to manipulate people into getting what he wanted and therefore didn't stop at anything to make sure he got what he wanted. Along with that he has quite a mean personality and wants his family to be the best- and will do anything to get that.

After nine years of marriage he grew sick of his wife and started to slowly poison her, with her passing away in 1960 when Lucius was six. He always abused her and his son though with his son he never hit him. That didn't mean he didn't verbally abuse him or punish him with magic. He has undertaken many financial endevours including opening a potions company, backing other companys and being the head of the finance department at the ministry. The first is what brings him the majority of his money though.
