Order Meeting!
Who: Order Members
When: Evening of March 7th
Where: Bill and Fleur's place
What: Fleur called a meeting!
Warning/Rating: Lowish

Fleur chewed on her lip lost deep in her own thoughts while she waited for the other Order members to arrive. The events of the other day had left her unsettled though she wasn't even sure she had reason to be because as far as she could remember nothing had happened. Still some instinct screamed at her that something was wrong but how much was she willing to tell her comrades? Fleur knew she wasn't ready to tell them all her secrets yet.

Once everyone was there Fleur decided to just be upfront about the issues. "I am just going to get to the point," there was no reason to drag out the meeting longer than they had to. "We all know there is something of importance at Gringotts whether it be a Horcrux or not, we cannot be sure but it is there. I think I know where it is too or the general idea of where..." There was no way to be sure until they actually went and looked.

"I have talked a few goblins into helping us with this search. What I need is volunteers to help me one night. If there are more of us looking we can cover more vaults faster but it means going into the bank at night and risking getting caught. I cannot make you but I would appreciate the help."

Fleur passed around a sketch that included an image of an elaborate ebony box carved with a plethora of odd symbols and other ruins. "The last year or so this box has been moved around various vaults of the people we suspect to be in the Death Eater's inner circles... It is my best guess as to where this Horcux is. It is a cursed box so we cannot touch it directly so if you find it be careful. Bill probably could break the curses on it but we have to find it first. I guess what I need is people to help search, people to be the lookout and people to think of ways we can touch the box once we do find it."

While she knew her job taking care of Teddy was the most important one she would ever have, Tonks had been feeling increasingly eager to join the fight again, whether Remus approved or not. She loved him, more than anything, but why should he be the only one that put himself in danger, when she had skills that could benefit this cause.

"I'll help," she said, holding up her hand.

"Then you can help me search the vaults." They really didn't need a whole lot of people to keep guard and they could always get one of the younger crowd to do that and leave the more experienced to the harder tasks.

"We should check the vaults of the main suspected players first. People like the Averys, Carrows, Lestranges, Yaxleys and probably the Malfoys." Draco's visit was still fresh in her mind and there was no sense in overlooking anyone there was enough of them.

Kirley had arrived a short while after the meeting had begun as their little Cub hadn't wanted to go to bed. Listening as Fleur spoke he chewed on his fingers absently. It seemed as if things were starting to get even more desperate if they were resorting to searching Gringotts for a suspicious box. Watching as Tonks raised her hand, he wondered if he could help too.

'When were you thinking of doing this? Only we're on the edge of our seats at home with our baby girl due in the next week. I could be a look out. But may have to bail if I get the baby call.'

"Is there something that I could look for in the paperwork?" Justin asked. "I look at asset sheets all day. Maybe we could narrow it down to only a few vaults. We could do that before. I could also help with the search." That was the hard part for him Justin worked in banking just doing actuary work for wizarding families for a muggle bank. He felt a little useless.

"We could put someone with you, Kirley. This way if you get the call then you can be there for the birth of your daughter." Bill just the tiniest bit jealous. He wouldn't get to meet his child for a long time. He slid his arm around Fleur's waist.

"Put Kirley on look out with me then. That way if he needs to go then he can go." Ginny said with a shrug. "I have plenty of experience in being a lookout," and she did with six older brothers. "And if it comes to it I can hold my own solo. That way if he needs to go he can go because none of us are going to tell him he can't be there."

Fleur nodded as she looked to Justin. "That would be a big help actually." With all the work that they had to do it was a tiny detail that had been pushed to the side because none of them had the time or expertise to look for it. "I will send the paperwork over tomorrow, what I can get of it without rising any suspicions. You are going to have to look back a few years though..." Fleur hoped that wouldn't be too much work.

"Then we will have Ginny and Kirley be the lookouts," Fleur relaxed into Bill's embrace. She felt a little bad for keeping their secret from their friends but she wanted to wait a little while longer. "Then Tonks can come with Bill and I in the vaults. As for time Saturday night. It has to be Saturday."

Archie apparated to the familiar cottage still in his work robes. It have been a tiring day, especially since he had to work late. Knocking briefly on the door Archie walked in, knowing that the residents were expecting visitors. As he walked through the house he caught the end of the current conversation, luckily he already knew a little of what the meeting was about. "Sorry I'm late, I got caught up doing the minor vault checks." He took a quick look around the room seeing who was there, nodding slightly to his brother.

"How about I pair with Tonks? That way we can split up to cover the high profile vaults quicker?" Archie had more than one reason for suggesting that idea.

Tonks was glad that she and Remus had come up with a solution to their dispute about her helping out with the Order again, being that only one of them would be on a mission at the same time, so if the unthinkable happened, Teddy would still have a parent to care for him, she smiled, nodding her head at the plan.

"That would make the job go quicker, which reduces our chances of any of them finding out what we're up to," she said. "When should we do it?"

"Saturday." That part of the plan Fleur was absolutely sure on. It was an off day for business so there was less of a chance they would get caught especially because no one would be in on a Sunday morning. Gave them extra time if they ended up needing it.

"So Ginny and Kirley will be the look outs and I will split the vaults up between Archie and Tonks and then Bill and I, once Justin decides which of them we should focus our attention on."

Susan had been a little later than she intended to be. There was always something going on with the Pub. After knocking lightly on the door, she entered. At least she had heard Saturday, and it was obvious what was going to happen. Especially with the mention of vaults.

"And me." Susan piped up. "I'll be there if you still need someone else to help search." After her last trip to Diagon Alley, Susan was more than glad to help out in anyway she could.

Nodding at the suggestion from Bill, he flashed a quick smile at the youngest Weasley sibling. 'Alright Ginny, I think you and I will make a good team.'

Again he nodded as Fleur gave them the time for the operation. Saturday was a lot sooner than he had thought they would try this. But there was slightly less risk of Aurora arriving then than the following week.

Saturday would work for Tonks, too, as she knew that Teddy would be safe at her mother's. She dreaded telling her mum what she would be doing, and thought perhaps it might be best to lie, just this once. Andromeda was sympathetic to their cause, but that didn't mean she was happy with either Tonks or Remus to rush off and put themselves in danger.

"Saturday, then. Shall we meet there at ten?" she suggested.
