Lois hadn't been expecting anyone to stop by that evening, and this was evident in how she had been sitting on the couch, munching on a bowl of ice cream in her pajamas. But then she heard someone knock at the door and her brow perked.
She quickly set the bowl of ice cream on the table beside the couch before getting up, and that took a good bit longer than it used to. After making her way across to the door she pulled it open and grinned when she saw Dean standing on the other side. No, it wasn't the Dean that she'd gotten to know pretty well back in the last dimension, this one didn't really know her, but still. It was good to see a friendly face.
"Hey," she said simply. "Wasn't expecting you to stop by." At least he wasn't being as avoidy and asshaty as his brother was.
