Scotty chuckled again, choosing not to point out that the person may not have hated bumper stickers as much as they were proclaiming. From first impressions, he thought the girl seemed intelligent, but a bit on the batty side. That wasn't necessarily a bad thing though.
And then she said one of Scotty's magic words. "A sandwich, eh? I think I just may be up to that," he said, smile growing a bit more. "And I'm Scotty." He figured that, if nothing else, he had at least enough money left for another sandwich, after all.
