Aaron was just heading out from work himself, heading in the opposite direction of the crowd of people coming. He was nearing the middle of the crosswalk when he heard the tires squeal. Immediatley his eyes went to the crowd, and then it all seemed to happen so quickly. The was the sound of glass breaking and then there was nothing. Aaron let out a breath. This had only happened to him once before. He didn't know if it was him becoming very fast or the scene around him freezing. There were a lot of things that he and Camael never really touched when it came to his powers because time hadn't been on their side while they were on the run. And Aaron just never really asked.
However, just as he hadn't thought twice about it when the entire highschool hallway had frozen and he'd made do with finding away out of getting punched, Aaron made do at that very moment. Though he seemed to sort of freeze himself at the odd sight of the blonde girl and the car. That really shouldn't be happening, and that was saying something, him being a Nephilim and all. But the pressing of reality got to him. He didn't know how long this ability would last.
It took a little longer than he thought it would, shifting everyone just a few necessarly inches away from the car and the flying glass. He was stronger than most human but he doubted he could just lift people just like that. Just a little shoulder and a little moving, thank you wressling, thank you angel strength and for the most part he got people out of the way.
Aaron turned around and hesitated, wondering if he should try moving the girl when time started up again. He just barely managed to duck as a spray of glass headed towards his head.
