Who: Sookie and Open When: 04/15/13 Where: outside The Bookshop What: going to buy books and bursts into song Warnings: TBD
Sookie was not sure what the bookstore would have that she wanted to read, but she was going to take a look. She was out of books, and she usually went to the library, but she figured it couldn't hurt to check out the bookstore for once. Sookie was tired, she had been working a lot, and she was missing Liz. She knew that the other girl wasn't in Colligo anymore, and it was hurting her. Sookie didn't have many friends here, and she hated that she had lost one. It was hard to take. Sookie ran her hand through her blonde hair. She had already lost enough people in her life, she didn't need to lose anymore. At least she knew that Liz was back home. And she was safe. That was the important part.
She was standing outside, waiting to go in. She was thinking, and it was taking her a bit to decide about she wanted to look at inside. Sookie had been thinking about her friends back in Bon Temps a lot. Sookie missed Jason, her brother, and Bill. Sookie had been regretting what had been happening with her and Bill before she got yanked out of Bon Temps. Sookie had felt badly that they'd broken up, and then she'd ended up dating Eric. She should have taken Bill back, or at least listened when he had tried to explain. Sookie had just been too hurt. She supposed it had been okay, she had had some time to herself. One thing was certain, she was never going to date Eric again, no matter what happened. It was in her mind and it was going to stay that way, she had made it up.
That's when she started singing, and it was unable to stop. Sookie wasn't a good singer, she definitely didn't sound good.
You know I'm a dreamer But my heart's of gold I had to run away high So, I wouldn't come home low
Just when things went right Doesn't mean they're always wrong Just take this song and you'll never feel Left all alone
Take me to your heart Feel me in your bones Just one more night And I'm comin' off this Long and winding road
I'm on my way, I'm on my way Home sweet home, tonight tonight I'm on my way, I'm on my way Home sweet home
