Lucifer's automatic reaction was to pout even if he'd completely expected this reaction. Actually, this was restrained compared to what he had actually expected Sammy to do. But there were no sigils to be seen, no angel blades laying out within easy reach, in fact, for a Winchester apartment, this placed looked surprisingly...normal. Glancing over at Sam, Lucifer's shoulders sagged at the command, "But I just came to say hi," He said. "Check up on how you're settling in. Can't I do that?" He asked, looking both confused and hurt even as he understood all too well.
"I would have brought a gift, but it was a spur of the moment decision," Lucifer said, offering Sam a sheepish smile. "I was trying to decide whether it was worth risking you stabbing me in the gut, but from the looks of things, I don't really have anything to worry about," He said, moving to one of the walls if only to glance away from Sam's expression. Lucifer wasn't really overly affected by Sam's patented bitchface, but it wasn't exactly something that he could stare at without feeling at least slightly bad about dropping in unexpectedly.
"Not even a sigil on the wall to try and keep us all out," Lucifer said, glancing back at Sam with a hint of a smile. "I must not be all that threatening, then."
