Severus poured himself another glass, in his glass, and this time took his time, although his first sip wasn't actually a sip - more of a swallow - but he put the glass down after his first taste. He sighed as he let the burn fill him.
"Yes," he nodded, and smiled for the first time that night. "This will certainly do to take us away from this place for at least the night."
Severus dearly wished to go back to where he was from, as much as he never thought he think this, but there was way less complicated. Remus Lupin, and Harry Potter were years older than they should be - there was a Potter running around with his name for a middle name, and most gloriously strange of all he - they - were fictional characters from a children series.
He needed another swallow - a requirement he willingly fulfilled.
