WHO: Natasha and OPEN
WHAT: Getting a drink.
WHERE: A local bar. Can be the Roadhouse, can be someplace else, whatever works for people.
WHEN: Evening.
WARNINGS/RATINGS: Will update if needed.

It had been quite sometime since Natasha had gone out and enjoyed a drink, with just herself. While she would have normally invited Clint along, there were times when she just liked to be alone and people-watch. Natasha made her way to a bar not to far from her apartment, deciding that she would see if they had good vodka (yes, there was such a thing as good and bad vodka), and get something to eat.

When she got to the bar, Natasha took a seat at the bar, and ordered a steak and a small glass of vodka. She took a sip, a tentatively tasting it. Yes. This was what she would consider to be good vodka. Hopefully, now, the food would also suffice. Natasha took another swig of her drink, looking around her and observing some of the other people in the bar as she waited for her food.

It had been just over a week now since the whole thing with the mistletoe had happened and Damian had been giving Steph space since he'd told her, hoping that it would help and that he'd be able to talk to her about the whole thing after she'd had some time to simmer down and when it wasn't so fresh. He honestly didn't fault her for being as mad as she was; after all, he had been irrationally jealous over quite a few things since they'd started dating and he was starting to realize just how much that must have hurt Steph during those times, especially when he'd gotten all worked up over Steph joking around about leaving him for Raven. Damian knew that he had a lot to work on when it came to his jealousy and he had begun to work on his issues with Jason, but he knew that he still had a lot to work on.

He'd been coming from the jewelry store where he'd put in an order for Steph's Christmas in July present weeks earlier. Having spent the last eight years in Colligo, Damian knew that Christmas in July was a common occurrence, so he'd put in an order for a pair of diamond and amethyst bat symbol shaped earrings and had practically forgotten about them with everything that had happened over the last week until he'd gotten the call that morning, apologizing that they'd taken longer then he'd been promised. Hoping that there was still a chance for him and Steph, he'd gone to pick them up and was on his way back to the Mansion when he decided to stop into the Roadhouse for a few minutes. While the drinking age in Colligo was nineteen, Damian was still a few weeks shy of being able to drink, but that didn't mean he didn't still enjoy the atmosphere in the Roadhouse.

Heading inside, he took a seat at the bar and ordered a diet coke then reached into his pocket and pulled out the small box, which held the earrings. Opening it, the lights over the bar caught the diamonds and amethysts and he turned the box this way and that, watching them sparkle. He was going to wait until actual Christmas to get Steph the earrings, but once the idea had popped into his head, he'd wanted to give them to her sooner and now he had to wait anyway.
