Being spoken to from behind had startled her a little. She'd jumped at the greeting, dropping her flowers, and turning quickly to find who ever had spoken. For the most part the few people that passed had ignored her being there, and as it got late not many had passed at all so Serenity really paid no mind to them. A lot of the people here seemed kind of odd anyways, acting very out of sorts when ever she asked about this place, so she didn't bother. Still, Serenity quickly caught sight of Christine as she moved to introduce herself and relaxed again.
"Hello Christine. My name is Serenity." Any social awkwardness went unnoticed by the princess, who was already smiling up at her. "No, I only just found this place today. It's very nice. Do you?" She gathered her dress up, pulling it a little closer to her, as if offering Christine a seat in the grass beside her. She was always eager to make friends, and certainly appreciated friendly company. Especially in this place.
