Following her conversation with Jonathan Crane over the network, as well as finding herself in the middle of the Damian and Steph situation, Raven had needed to get away from the house for a while. She needed time to think, time to clear her mind and make sure she didn't take her quickly souring mood out on those that lived with her.
She had considered, instead, going by the lab to talk with Hank. However, ironically enough, while Steph and Damian's relationship was spiraling downward, hers and Hank's was actually getting on the right track. And while Raven knew she could vent to him about all of it and he'd happily listen and offer advice, she also was loathe to do so. She wanted their times together to be happy ones, not bogged down with a bunch of crap. Not to mention, she wasn't entirely certain he would see eye to eye with her when it came to her own opinions about Steph and Damian... and she knew he wouldn't like the fact that she'd passingly commented on having no problem killing humans.
With a heavy sigh, Raven stuffed her hands inside of the pockets of the coat she was wearing. Her blue eyes followed the puff of warm air that had left her mouth, watching as it rose into the air until it finally dissipated into the falling snow that was still lightly coming down. It was as she was dropping her gaze to the path in front of her once more that she finally spotted someone familiar and, for the briefest of moments, hesitated where she stood.
Great, she thought to herself, Just what I need. An angry Canadian who would just as soon gut me as look at me.
Finally deciding that the best course of action was to just make her way past Logan and leave him to his business - a rather mature decision for her to make considering she wasn't exactly known for her maturity at all - Raven set out to do just that. Of course, it never occurred to her that no matter how quiet she was, and no matter how much of a berth she tried to give him on the street, he would probably be able to tell she was nearby. Then again, she wasn't the one known for thinking things through. That was Charles' area, definitely not hers.
