Who: Wolverine and Kitty Pryde and, for the sake of awkardness, OPEN. What: Kitty brings Logan clothes, who knows after that Where: Near the Library When: Just after Logan arrives. Rating: R, because he's naked? Notes:
Kitty had said she was coming, with clothes, and that was a rather welcome thing. The cold didn't bother him, never had, but there was something about standing around naked while a bunch of strangers seemed content to randomly start suckin' face and getting awkward about it, that left him rather confused. After the third or so incident of it, he'd decided that standing around, in even remote public view, was really out of the question. He had found a dark alley, and even a pair of trash can lids to hold over himself, while he waited. It was hardly ideal, but after a lifetime of things that were, at least on par with this, he was deciding to make due.
Luckily, his PDA was keeping him busy.
It seemed like everyone was here, well, not everyone, but a lot of them anyway. There was Kitty, who at least knew him - so that was something at least. Then there was Xavier, and his sister - both of which made him uncomfortable slightly. The Professor had a nasty habit of poking around in his brain, even if it was often to his benefit, and Mystique? Well, he wasn't about to trust anywhere she went and if Erik, who seemed to just barely know who he was, was involved, that probably meant trouble - even if they didn't come out and say it. Then there was that kid, whoever she was, and her Mom, who he gathered was a mutant. He didn't really know what to think about that. Then, of course there was Rogers, and Stark. It seemed like those two were getting along, and he really didn't know how to feel about that, or what to think.
Where he was, was not the place he'd left. That was insanely clear. The world, his world, their world, wasn't sitting down to start tearing itself apart. What was more, Stark and Rogers didn't seem to know anything about it. That or, considering it wasn't an issue, they'd decided to put their differences aside. He would have liked to think that was the case, but wasn't entirely comfortable jumping on that bandwagon - at least not yet. Everything was still too fresh. Nitro. Those kids. That stupid, fucking, reality show, and everyone all the sudden coming to blows. Sure, he could understand it. They wanted mutants to sign up, swear over their names, and take a number.
It was a lot to think about, to say the least, and he was looking forward to having some clothes and a drink while he did so.
"You'd think, for a girl who can walk through walls, she could get here a little faster." He half grumbled, peering about and sniffing defensively at the air.
