Who: Melinda and Chris

What: Catching up, getting to know each other, maybe planning on starting a club here in Colligo

Melinda had been in her apartment just relaxing and doing absolutely nothing, that was until she needed to be at the pie shop. Today was going to be a little different, besides doing inventory and making pies, she was actually going to be seeing her brother. She didn't care that he wasn't from her timeline, he was still her brother and was looking forward to learning more about him and where he was actually from. It kind of saddened her that their mom had passed in their timeline, it seemed like it was a rough time for their family. And Wyatt being evil? Back home he could barely hurt a fly, let alone hurt people and his family. Family was way too important to him, as she got ready for work she started to think about what Chris would ask her about himself from the place that she called home.

Grabbing her purse, she left her apartment and started walking to the pie shop. She needed to get some work done before meeting her brother. She arrived in the shop and immediately went into the back and started to get some pies made so that she could put them into the display case for customers to buy. She had thrown out the old pies that were in there because to her they didn't look too fresh. Turning on the music she started to roll the dough and getting out the pie trays. Wondering what time Chris would actually show up, she went ahead and wrote a note to him saying that she was in the back and to come in there. She could be busy and still talk at the same time. It would be great to start a P3 Club with Chris and be able to do something that reminded her of work back home.

Chris worried at his lip for a moment before he entered the shop, practically drowning in the overly large hoodie and jeans he wore, the baggy clothes almost a shield for him at the moment, protecting him from his own anxious emotions like one would use a blanket when they were upset.

"Mel?" he called, before finding the note and following he instructions, heading towards the back, leaning against a doorjamb as he watched her, a small smile on his face.

His baby sister. He could hardly believe she was here, straight from every fantasy he had ever had as a child.

As the music was going, Melinda got into the groove of her baking. She was very lucky that she had her mother teach her everything that she knew so that one day when she had children of her own she could teach them and so on. She loved it and she did make some pretty amazing pies.

Not hearing her brother or anything, she danced, since she was the only one there for tonight, not too many customers yet. She even started to sing too, which was something that she often did, it was her guilty pleasure.

She looked up and saw Chris standing there. Yelping a little bit, "Oh Chris, you scared me there for a second." She laughed. Walking over she turned the stereo down just a little. "Come sit down, can I get you a slice of pie or something to drink?" She offered.

	"A slice of mom's Boston cream if you have it and a cup of coffee," he asked softly, unable to stop staring at her, seeing his mother in her movements, her looks. He ignored the parts of Leo he could see, not willing to deal with the reminder of his father. "I can't believe you're real," he said softly, smiling. "It seems like a miracle to me." "Now that I can get you. I just made it yesterday so its in the fridge still. You can have the first slice, its actually quite popular here." She said as she went and got the pie out and cut a slice and put it on a plate and handed it to him with a fork. "Been making it since I started here." She gave him a smile as she then went and poured him a cup of coffee.

"In the flesh." She laughed as she went and took a seat across from him at the baking table. "So tell me about the world that you came from. How did mom die? I mean if you are up to talk about it and everything."

	"It was dark," he said softly, poking idly at the pie with his for, but not yet taking a bite. "When I was fourteen, mom was killed by a demon, Aunt Phoebe not much after. She sat there listening intently to what he was saying to her. It sounded awful and she was sorry that he had to live in a world like that. "Oh my god, that is really terrible." She gave him an I'm sorry sort of look, "I could never imagine a world like that, with mom and the Aunts gone, me non existent, and Wyatt, taking over everything. I am so sorry that you have or well, had to live like that." She had said.

"That's awesome. I believe in my world you guys were still dating but not engaged or anything. I like her." She looked at him, "Okay Chris, what did you do?" She gave him a questionable look.

"You're asking if I've dated anyone. Yes, some serious and some not so serious. I was almost engaged to this guy but of course ended pretty badly." She said as she took a bite from a piece of pie she had cut for herself.

	"Why do you assume I did something, perhaps she did something?" Chris muttered, before arching an eyebrow at her. "How did it end badly and do I have to remove his head from the rest of his body?" "I don't know, because you mentioned the things that you did in your past? And not what happened with hers maybe? So what did you end up doing that you think that your relationship wouldn't last?" She asked.

"And no, I already orbed his balls to a place far away. Well, not actually but I did get my revenge in the end. Turned out that he was just a jerk and I didn't realize it." She said shrugging.

"Well, does it actually count though? I mean you were in a different time and everything. But still...." She gave him a playful slap. "Sorry, its what you deserve for technically cheating on her. Even if you didn't mean for it to happen." She said pointing at him. "But if you learned your lesson, then I forgive you. But she's not here so you don't have to really explain anything, now if she were to turn up, then yeah...you might be in trouble there."

She took her fork and took another bite of pie. Then she went and got a glass of lemonade and took a drink. "So where are you staying at? Like where is your apartment?"

"I didn't...technically she was six, and the charge was blond, I was helpless," Chris said, cowering away from his sister, smirking. "And true, so I can just...avoid the subject until she shoes up...and then promptly avoid her," Chris said with a grin.

"Uh, apartment..." He fished his PDA out of his pocket, searching it. "106D...roommate, Melinda Hall...crap," he muttered.

"Well, see. So maybe she will remember seeing you as a little girl but she won't remember anything else." She said shrugging her shoulder. "So just don't worry about it, until the time comes, and even then, I'm sure she would understand. Sort of? Maybe?" She said with a confused look on her face, because she really didn't know how Bianca would react.

"Wait a second. You're my roommate? I didn't think that was going to happen. But I guess its kind of cool. I have some pretty cool electronics in the apartment. I'm mostly away from the place since I work and go to school. Its just weird having to share a place with a sibling, but its better than a stranger." She had said.

	"Well, yeah we do. Okay, so anything in the apartment is yours to use, since its your place too now. Just stay away from my bedroom, since its the only private place that I have now." She said as she took a drink. "Oh I know right. I wonder who will inherit the manor? Probably none of us, but I can see our children and grandchildren hanging around there a lot."
