Who: Justin Taylor and Arthur
What: Justin is tired of not being able to get a hold of Arthur

It had been a few weeks now since both Eames and Cobb had been sent back and Justin had been trying, and failing, to get a hold of Arthur ever since. It wasn't that he minded taking Escher in or anything, because he actually enjoyed having the dog around for company and he didn't mind keeping him one bit, but he would like to know that Arthur was actually still in the city and that he hadn't been sent back. It would have been easier if his friend still worked at Eden, but since he'd left to work at City Hall, he had barely seen him and Justin hated it. He'd lost so many friends recently and he didn't want to lose another. Sure there was Ashley and Caroline and a few others who were still in Colligo, but the difference was, he saw them often considering he still worked with Ashley and Caroline.

It was because Justin was fed up with not being able to get a hold of Arthur that during Escher's walk that afternoon, he'd deliberately headed in the direction of Arthur's new apartment. So maybe it wasn't exactly new since he'd been living there since he'd moved out of the house back in like January, but Justin still considered it new. Reaching the apartment, Justin pressed the buzzer that indicated Arthur's apartment, "Arthur Rossi, you had better answer the fucking door otherwise I'll stay right here until you do." Releasing the button, Justin waited for either the buzz that would indicate the door had unlocked and if that didn't come then he was fully prepared to wait right there until Arthur either came down or came home.
