Melinda had quite the day, she had watched the football game that was on and knew that it was going to indeed be an interesting Superbowl game. After the game, she figured that she would work on some of her potions, just in case anything else decided to happen in this place that they were needed. She put in the necessary ingredients, but she must have missed something because when she put in the last ingredient, it blew up and it sent her flying. Getting up she cringed, "OWWWWWWW!" She managed to let out her mouth. She nearly blew up the kitchen, good thing that she had a fire extinguisher handy. She figured that she missed the ingredient because she didn't have it, she needed some mandrake root and then she figured that she would buy some more stuff from the magic shop to stock up.

It was going to be a fun shopping day, she figured that she would stop at the magic shop and then head off to the mall to get some new clothes. Grabbing her coat and her purse she headed out of her apartment. Walking to the magic shop she went looking around a little bit when she entered. Finding some lavender, her mandrake root, pigs feet, frankincense, oleander, and then she bought eye of newt. Paying for her things, she smiled as she took her bag and thanked the cashier. She was so glad she didn't have to work or anything, exiting the magic shop she walked towards the mall. This was definitely going to be her exercise for the day, that was sure. When she got to the mall, she went inside. Finding a few clothing stores she tried on some pants and some shirts. Every store that she went into she found something that she liked, but it was good because she needed some new clothes.

With bags in both hands, she found this entertainment store, she had went and bought some DVD's to add to her collection. After paying she took her bag and then headed into the food court, she had no idea what she wanted, but she ended up getting Chinese food. Orange Chicken with lo mein noodles sounded really good to her. When she got her food, she found a table and sat down, getting out a new book that she had bought she ate as she read. This was definitely a good day for retail therapy.
