After seeing Bonnie's post on the network, Jeremy hadn't even waited for her to confirm that she was still at thelibrary before he was out the door and headed downtown. He wasn't even sure anymore just how much time had passed since she'd been sent back, but what he did know was that he'd missed her like crazy and there was no way that he wasn't going to be the first familiar face that she saw.

For once, Jeremy was glad that he wasn't working, but he was pretty sure Claire or Lyle would have let him leave to get Bonnie anyway as long as he wasn't the only one at the store; they were pretty awesome bosses like that.

Reaching the library, Jeremy started looking around for Bonnie.

Bonnie stood in front of the library, waiting for Jeremy like he'd told her to. Normally, she would have likely gone off and tried to explore and figure things out on her own, but Jeremy had said that he'd find her. And Bonnie really wanted to see him. Back in Mystic Falls, she'd been worried about him...especially with him seeing his dead girlfriends. He'd told her that Tyler had told him about being brought back to life, so she figured that meant there was a chance he wasn't seeing Vicki and Anna all the time...which was kind of a relief to her. She loved Jeremy, but she wouldn't lie that him seeing his dead girlfriends made her uncomfortable.

Eventually, she saw him looking for her. Bonnie broke into a run, jogging forward to meet him. "Jeremy!"

Jeremy heard his name being called and smile spread across his face the moment he saw Bonnie coming towards him. He jogged the rest of the way towards her almost afraid that she would vanish the moment he tried to wrap his arms around her. When he reached her, he did the first thing that he thought of once he was sure that she wasn't going to disappear and that was to kiss her.

It felt like it had been forever since the last time he'd kissed her and they could waste time talking after.

	Bonnie wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning in close to him as they kissed. Did she want to talk him? Of course she did. But she was really relieved to see him...and he apparently seemed okay. But she could wait a few minutes before asking if he was seeing dead girlfriends. "It's nice to see you too," she said when the kiss broke. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

"You have no idea how happy I am to see you." If Jeremy had it his way he wouldn't let go of Bonnie for the rest of his life, or at least the next couple of hours, but he was pretty sure they'd start to get some weird looks from passers-by if they did that. So, instead, Jeremy held her for another few moments before sliding his hands up her arms, removed them from around his neck and laced their fingers together, "Come on, we'll go to my place and I'll explain everything on the way." Jeremy was pretty sure that the smile on his face was threatening to split it in two, but he really didn't care.
