WHO: Gwen Cooper and OPEN
WHAT: Walking around, disliking everything naturally
WHEN: Early Afternoon
WHERE: Streets
WARNINGS: None at the moment
STATUS: In Progress

Gwen was not happy about this and that much was obvious. Yes she had Jack and, god help her, she had Ianto. Then there was the Doctor who she could perhaps get to know better, just like she had wanted to. After all, the Doctor was very well known and there were some things she felt rather curious about. Maybe things he could tell her, or talk to her about. Things she could learn about that she would not ever hear about back home. After all, maybe it could help. Torchwood might manage to start up again and, if she ever got back, any knowledge the Doctor had surely would be useful. It would help Gwen do her job a lot better.

But then she also wanted to know why there were so many occasions that he did not show up to help with when the Earth had been so close to destruction.

She had tried to keep things as normal as possible for Anwen, which had been more difficult than she anticipated. She didn't have a pram, for starters, and she had taken to carrying her in her arms as she walked. She wanted Anwen to get as much fresh air as possible and even though she as stuck in Gwen's arms, she seemed to enjoy it. Though there was the problem that Gwen did not know of this area and she began to worry that she would end up lost.

Justin had thought that he'd done a pretty good job of getting used to the crazy things that happened here in Colligo; after all, he'd already been a girl and had been compelled to kiss Eames thanks to an evil mistletoe and more recently he, along with everyone else in town, had forgotten who they were, but now the whole city had gone all Wild West and he found himself looking over his shoulder as he walked, part of him expecting some cowboy to jump out from the shadows and point a gun at him. Sure, it was probably ridiculous, but what else was he supposed to think? At least he'd managed to get a new shirt that wasn't in the pastel family, so that was good at least, but this was still pretty crazy.

As he walked down the street, his boots pinching his toes, he spotted a woman walking towards him with a baby in her arms, which he supposed as how most women carried their baby's back in the west since they probably didn't exactly have strollers.

Gwen had not been happy about the stupid dresses she had found in the room she had been given and, luckily, managed to find britches and a shirt instead. She tried to look as normal as possible, well as close to her normal clothing anyway, even though she guessed that nothing in the Wild West could be anywhere near her usual clothing. When she noticed the person walking her way, she gave him a little smile.

"Excuse me. I'm trying to get back to the housing, you don't happen to know the directions do you?"

The fact that she was wearing pants should have tipped Justin off to the fact that she wasn't a local, but he was used to women wearing pants whenever they wanted so it slipped his mind that women back then were expected to wear dresses all the time. "Which building are you in?" Justin had gotten used to the city over the last few months, but since the city had changed he had gotten lost a time or two, but still had a pretty good idea of where everything was.

"A," she responded, bouncing Anwen up a little further in her grip. She was lucky that carrying a baby was something not too difficult for her, considering some of the other things she has had to do in the past. Besides, when she had no other option she refused to complain about it.

"I think I took a wrong turn somewhere," she continued with an apologetic smile.
