He thought about calling Rose, or maybe not Rose but anyone else who might be good for a cheer-up conversation, to pull him out of the mood, but he ended up just sitting there collecting himself. People had said that those you know tended to arrive soon after your kidnapping, so naturally, he was expecting (hoping for) Ianto any time now.

Despite that, he startled and looked up, then without really thinking yet about questions of timelines and what-not, he ran on over to Ianto.
