WHO: Jenna Sommers & John Gilbert
WHAT: Jenna got herself arrested, and John has to come and bail her out. Jenna's also still drunk. This can only end badly.
WHERE: The Colligo Police Station
WHEN: after this
RATING: PG-13
STATUS: In Progress

This wasn't the first time John had bailed Jenna out of jail. It had gotten to the point that whenever she ended up in trouble by herself back home that she called him instead of Miranda as he was unlikely to give her an extensive lecture on the ride home. Of course, it wasn't as though it didn't end up getting back to her sister anyway. Such was the drawbacks of living in a small town, but at least it spared her the possibility of having to suffer through the inevitable backlash still buzzed or worse, with a hangover. And none of that took into account the times where they'd ended up behind bars together over some crazy stunt or another that was resolved with both of them getting chewed out by their respective siblings for dragging them and the kids out of the house so late at night.

But while the threat of Miranda and Grayson was not a solid one here, at least not as solid as it was in Mystic Falls, the very concept that he could potentially be judged for his actions upon returning to his home town has spurred John into action.

It had taken him around twenty-five minutes to navigate his way from the apartment that he'd been given to stay in to an ATM and then on to the police station. Thankfully, the map on the phone that he'd been given proved to be very useful, and he'd only been a bit over his estimated clock when he finally walked into the police station and up to the front desk to see exactly who he talked to about getting Jenna out of the holding cell. Hopefully well before she ended up recruited for a prostitution ring.

Jenna, drunk or sober, was hard to pin down. Even in a jail cell, half-drunk still, surrounded by prostitutes and petty thieves and brawlers, keeping her contained was kind of like trying to hold a hurricane in a pop bottle- You could try, but there was no way you were going to succeed and you'd probably get hurt in the process. It had only taken her 10 minutes to assert herself as the dominant person in the cell, get a jailhouse girlfriend, and learn how to give the perfect hand job. By the time John showed up to take her home, she'd added a few more tricks to her arsenal and, honestly, couldn't wait to try them out.

Even though she was still working under a heavy buzz, Jenna's steps didn't weave much as she was escorted out of the cell and down the hall to the reception area. "JOHN-JOHN! YOU CAME FOR ME!" she called out once she saw him, trying to shake off the officer's grip on her arm so she could go greet her whatever-he-was. Her sister had explained it to her once. She hadn't paid attention.
