WHO: Peter Fleming & Mayor Riseben (w/ assistance from Ashley Magnus)
WHAT: Peter seeks revenge for his daughter's kidnapping. Proper revenge
WHEN: [backdated] May 25th; Early Morning - after this
WHERE: A Construction Site Downtown
RATING: PG-13
STATUS: Narrative; COMPLETE

It had all been a very simple matter of knowing the right contacts. Ashley had the Mayor in and out of the jail cell before anyone could even blink, and they likely wouldn't even realize his was missing until morning if they even did then. He was no longer cuffed, but that was a simple matter solved by a few lengths of cord that were left on the site. He roused quickly, starting as Peter smiled at him. "Good evening, Mayor. So nice of you to join us."

"What are you doing? Where am I? Fleming, you can't do this," The Mayor spouted, struggling against the bonds that held him in place. "I was arrested. You can't just...un-arrest me!"

"Oh, but I can," Peter said, smiling in the most benign way at the man in front of him. "Or rather, my associate can. She's waiting just outside should you get any fancy ideas about attacking me or attempting to escape. I'm sure you'd look really nice in a giant puddle at the bottom of the tallest building in the city. Don't you?"

The Mayor stared at the man in front of him. If he hadn't known what he was capable of, he never would have been able to tell that there was anything akin to madness in this man. His eyes, his eyes seemed to normal and calm, as if he were discussing the weather or the latest poll results. Perhaps, though, that was what he should be scared of. "You can't kill me," he managed to croak out through the fear that was welling up in him.

"Oh, I most certainly can," Peter said before his smile shifted into something a tad more vicious. "But I won't. No, sir. What you've done doesn't warrant a quick death nor does it warrant anything done by my hand. No, what you've brought down upon your own head is far, far worse," He said, his hand shifting inside his pocket to extract a contact case that would have looked innocent if it weren't for the fact that Mayor was well aware what was inside. "By the time I'm done with you, you're going to be begging me to kill you."
