Toph wandered around outside the library absently, not particularly bothered by the whole situation. Honestly, the most unnerving part was the strange, talking PDA. It wasn't made of any kind of earth she recognized, couldn't bend it at all, and people could talk to her through it. Other then that she was very curious about the state of these large buildings made of more metal then a fire nation ship, or the horse-less carriages speeding in all directions. The stone floors here took a little more effort then normal to break apart or move then normal, but she liked that - it was stronger, a bit of a challenge for all of five minutes.

The Morgana voice said something about her brother coming to show her to her room. Which wasn't bad. Kidnapping usually meant cages, wooden or metal, prisons, or other similar things - never free reign, gifts, a room, and money for nothing. Now all she needed was Sokka and Zuko around for a little entertainment. She'd actually been looking forward to her trip to the fire nation capital to see the two drive each other nuts. Oh well.

Eventually she got bored, and settled back down on the library steps. Toph wasn't hard to spot as the odd one out, so Arthur wouldn't have a problem picking her out. She was a thin, barefooted girl, dressed in a long green tunic belted around the waist, a little layer of dirt that she was content with...Pushing buttons on the PDA absently, and turning it around in her fingers as she waited.

There were days Arthur wondered at how easily he agreed to do as Morgana said. Days like this one when he was wandering back toward the library with nothing more than a vague notion of a 'her' named 'Toph' who he was to escort back to the building and presumably deposit into Morgana's tender, loving care. He hadn't been told much otherwise, nor had he truly cared to ask.

The cold was biting but it wasn't a bad day overall to be outdoors. He tightened the scarf he'd found buried in a cupboard more securely around his neck, tucking the ends into his jacket. He was rather fond of these garments. He had to admit, they served a purpose that was sorely lacking in Camelot.

By the time he reached the library, his teeth were chattering, but he was no worse for wear.

"You must be Toph," he said, once he made it across the street to find the young woman sitting on the steps.

"Must be." She didn't look up, there was no point, but she stood up anyways. Toph wandered over to his side and waited expectantly. Must be Arthur, since no one else was looking for her as far as she knew.

"Lead the way then. Do you know what room I've got?" Toph asked, forcing herself not to let her own teeth chatter because she didn't want any more help from strangers then she was already getting. If it weren't so cold out she wouldn't have even agreed to let Arthur come get her. Toph would've been perfectly content sleeping outside. "Do these rooms come with food too?"
