Connor Reilly had gone to the local gym for another extensive workout. He tried to come here most days out of the week, when possible as his work schedule would permit. The young man had been coming here for a year. He'd always been the athletic type. But sticking with it, not letting up, persistence.. it helped him develop himself much better. In fact, he fit in with all the other guys here quite nicely. He didn't have to work tonight, so that meant he could do this for a bit before going home. Though.. maybe he would stop by the video store to pick up a few copies so he'd have something to watch later. That seemed like a good idea. It'd be all action titles, of course. He was a guy after all. It was pretty much the only ones he watched. Unless he was with someone that liked comedy, then he might bend on that just a little. But now it was time to do a bit of work on his own, some good exercise. He usually did it by himself among the other gym customers, though he did wonder if he would run into anyone he knew while staying here a bit.
So he had walked into the gym once more, putting up his leather jacket, then pulling off his shirt. He gave a nod to one of the other guys who recognized him as a regular visitor. That man was shirtless as well. As was pretty much everyone using the gym to do their routines. Connor had spent the past half hour with the weight machines, lifting, pushing. He'd worked up a bit of a sweat doing that. After giving the bar about twenty more reps, he stood up and stretched. It was time for the next routine for him. Which would be... ahh. It seemed there was an empty treadmill available for use. He walked over and set it up, pushing in the keys for the desired speed and pace. He got into rhythm as he moved his feet along with the motion of the belt under him. It had been about a good ten to fifteen minutes of jogging in place before he decided to push it a little, and he knew he could do a bit better than this. So he raised the speed up a tad and walked faster, then ran, as he was now getting more involved into the workout session..
