Cooper walked into the gym. He could do with a workout. He hoped it would take his mind off being in this crazy new place.

He got warmed up on the threadmill and then walked over to one of the punch bags. He pulled off his shirt and started laying into it.

Going to the gym was routine for Lee. It helped keep him in shape and keep his head on straight. The mindless workouts were something that was the same on this planet as they were back on Caprica or the Galactica. Suddenly, someone incredibly familiar passed through his line of sight. Lee did a double take before gaping.

Would the person who showed up from his world really be Sam Anders? That seemed a bit cruel, even for this place.

Regardless, the cylon had saved all of them, and despite Lee's antagonism toward Sam's affection for Kara, he was almost happy to see him. "Anders!" Lee called, jogging over to the ~~much~~ taller man.

	Lee stopped and stared at the man. "Cooper Lee," he repeated. Was it possible that was the cylon name for Sam? "You're not Sam Anders? Played Pyramid for the Buccaneers." Was a cylon. The man was definitely identical to Sam. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Lee stood staring at him. "I'm sorry you look..." he shook his head. "Caprica, Galactica and Cylon have no meaning for you, do they?" As much mixed emotions he would've had with Sam being here, it was preferable to someone who looked like Sam. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	"It's...a long story. Tell it to you over a drink if you're ever interested," Lee replied quietly but sincerely. "Yeah identical to Sam Anders. Yeah, it does since the Anders I knew would know nothing about Charlotte, North Carolina or racecar driving." To be honest, Lee didn't have an inkling where Charlotte OR North Carolina was. 	As much as Lee wanted to see Kara, he wasn't sure what she'd do if she saw someone who looked so like Sam here. It wasn't Sam but...he shook the thought from his head. Kara wasn't around. That didn't matter. "Twelve colonies of Kobol. There were 12 planets, Caprica was one of them. My home planet," Lee explained. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Lee nodded. He really needed at least one drink in him before he started waxing philosophically about cylons. After ordering one and taking a seat at the bar, he looked at Cooper. Gods, how weird this was, explaining to someone who looked like a person who was a cylon. "They started out that way. Great big metal walking machines." The bartender brought over his drink and he took a long sip. "I mean, the toasters rebelled from their servitude of the human race."
