Jennifer didn't mind the fact that Severus had pulled away, since it was what she'd been expecting. She just took her next shot and downed it in one swift motion, letting the alcohol burn a pleasant path down her throat. She was already feeling a foggy sensation in her brain, and that was exactly what she was looking for.
"Very funny," she replied with a return smirk. "No, not normal. I look hideous. For me, that's way below normal." No one ever said Jennifer didn't have an ego problem.
She waited for him to down his next shot before she gave a roll of her eyes and stood. "Too bad. I'm bored now, and so we're going out there and dancing. If you need that much alcohol to bump and grind with me, there's a big problem here." And with that, she let one finger trail across his shoulders, not caring about the fact that he didn't seem to like to be touched, and made her way out towards the floor.
