When Molly had first checked on Danko's location, she had been in her bedroom. Actually, she had been on the floor, between her bed and the closet, with the map spread out in front of her. After she was offered tea, however, she had left the room while making sure to bring a few items with her. She would have gone into the kitchen with Mohinder, since she really didn't want to be alone at the moment, but she didn't want to get underfoot and there just wasn't any room in there for her map as well.
So she had taken up much of the same position she'd had in her room, on the floor in the living room.
The smell of cookies filled the apartment and helped ease her tension a bit. By the time Mohinder entered, rather than kneeling beside her map and painstakingly following Danko's ever move, she was instead sitting to the side of her map with a coloring book opened in front of her. She was halfway through the picture, taking great care to stay within the lines and not draw anything extra in the margin that might come across as weird or disturbing, when he spoke.
Looking up, she gave him a worried smile and snuggled a little closer to him. She'd missed him, when she was in India, and while she wasn't overly thrilled at being trapped in this weird city, she was glad he was there with her. Molly really didn't like being alone.
"I know," she answered as she took a tentative sip of the tea. The familiarity of the taste and smell helped to ease her worries even more and, for the first time since Danko had made his presence known over the message board, her small shoulders relaxed.
Worry still shone in her eyes and tone, however, when she peered up at the man beside her and asked quietly, "Do you really think Sylar will help us like he said he would?"
