WHO: Boyd Langton and Echo
WHAT: Boyd's worst fear sets in and Echo picks just the wrong moment to come in.

It had happened.

Boyd had thought he'd escaped. Somehow. Even if he didn't understand exactly how. He realized now that he hadn't traveled back in time; he'd been tricked. It was all an elaborate hoax and everyone was in on it. Echo, Dominic, Claire. They'd all been wiped and imprinted. That was the only explanation.

So Boyd had holed himself into his room. The windows were closed and barricaded with furniture. Thank God he didn't have a room mate; who knew what he would do. The world was full of people who weren't who they were. Where could he go? He couldn't trust anyone and this city was full of people. Walking out the door wasn't an option, let alone a safe house.

For now, he had food stockpiled in his room that he'd smuggled in earlier that day, a gun, and extra ammunition. What he would do when all that ran out, he had no idea, but better wait it out than go out and walk right into his death. All he had to do now was barricade the door.

Echo had learned that Boyd was in the same apartment building as her; a lot of people that she knew were in that building. So was Alpha. Having Claire in the next room and Boyd a few doors away made her feel safe, as well as the fact that she could protect herself against Alpha. With Boyd knowing the truth she felt easier knowing that she didn't have to pretend to him.

She'd made the decision to go to him, wanting to see how he was getting used to this place and to inform him of anything if she could. She gave a gentle tapping onto the door, calling out a quick 'hello' before waiting. She hadn't seen him yet other than talking to him on the network, so seeing how he was now since he was from the future would be interesting.

	Echo's voice made Boyd twitch. Echo. Caroline. Whoever. He wasn't sure of the difference in this city and he didn't care. She was here to trick him or kill him or something and Boyd just wasn't all right with that! "Stay away from me." It was difficult to really get Boyd riled up. Even panicking, his voice was booming, commanding and steady. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Echo frowned at the door, something in his voice hitting her awkwardly, firing up an odd sense in her head. She tried the door, pushing it open when the handle turned in her hand. Poking her head around the door she looked around, stepping fully into the apartment, looking for Boyd. "It's Echo." (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	And Boyd? Boyd was behind the door, snatching her as she walked in and shoving her against the wall. Boyd was normally a "don't hit women" sort of guy, but Echo has super kung fu ninja skills. He figured he could be forgiven when apprehending kung fu ninja skill lady. "Don't move." And, hi, there was a gun up against her back. "What do you want with me?" (Reply to this) (Parent)
