You know, getting a job feels almost criminal around here. Maybe because I got something legitimate for a change, or because there ain't no big Alliance cruisers. Or maybe it's just cause I'm not on my boat and it's makin' me cranky.

Anyhow. It don't start for a couple weeks, first of November, so I got time to get used to it.

	Workin' in a warehouse, moving and cataloging stock. Get to drive a forklift, so that's something. Kinda like the mule we had on Serenity so it makes me miss my ship a little less. Not much less, though. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Well, at least you get to do something that's sort of familiar? And there's always a chance your ship might show up. Nobody had a car here for a while, then overnight they just showed up. Along with the buses, taxis, and monorail system. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	I hope Serenity shows up, but I don't think it's gonna. Don't see much use for a spaceship 'round these parts, specially since you can't go anywhere with it. Though I suppose if y'get hard up for places to live, they can give me my damn ship and they can have my place.
