What the fuck? One moment I am arrested in a cop car and the next i'm stuck here. A wonderful place where it seems everyone is going crazy. No offense but anyone know where the hell I am, or what's going on?

As for what's going on - you can't leave, so really there's not much point in trying although you're welcome to it. If you show your PDA to a bank they'll give you $100, and somewhere on your PDA it should tell you in a program what room you've been assigned to. There's also a very basic sort of map to help you find the apartment buildings.

Contacting anybody outside of the city is pretty much impossible, and this place is crazy on a good day.

	Not everyone, just a good portion of the population.
