I love iced coffee. Need to brew some in the morning so I can enjoy by the afternoon. I had an iced latte yesterday and I had not had one all winter. Truly, it had been a while. The enjoyment was orgasmic. (well, nearly anyhow)
The smoothness of the it was nearly velvety. The extra shot of espresso gave the right balance of coffee to non-fat milk. Yeah. I like non-fat milk. Becase the milk fat isn't there, the flavor of the coffee is highlighted more. The ice made it super cold and since the weather was hot I could feel each heavenly sip down to my very toes. I sigh just to think about it. |
