hey everyone! I've just applied with this girl, so I figured I'd throw her out for a few lines.

This is Beth Porte, who I'm hopefully bringing in with Sara Bareilles credits. Beth grew up all over, her parents were sort of crazy in that they wanted to raise her all over the world, home schooling her until high school and letting her learn through experience. She learned how to make friends pretty quickly because they were always going to be moving. She still does keep in touch with some of the random friends she's made over the years. Her mother was a ballet dancer before she ran away with her father, which sort of instilled a romanticized version of life in Beth from the time she was really little. She spent high school in Philly, and then went to college at Stanford, studying music - and started up her career right after college.

Personality-wise, she's very friendly to most people, though she definitely does have a surly attitude and a bite to her if she's pushed. Her ex girlfriend is benedikte, whom she dated mostly on/off for three years though they were never really out as a couple. they dated from 06-09, and Beth is still pretty (read: very) bitter about their breakup. She's very open about her sexuality - she is sort of a "love who you love" kind of person and has never made a big deal about it. she's currently dating someone as of 2 months, though beth is in zero rush to make it serious enough to have the world know about it.

I think I've bored y'all enough with the details, I could really use any kind of lines at all!
