Charlie is socially awkward at best, so she would probably be a bit weird at first if they ever met, just keep to herself and speak when spoken to. She's a good kid and believes in giving people a chance, so as long as she didn't have a reason to dislike her, she wouldn't and she'd probably warm up to her with time. Right now, she's still getting used to their relationship becoming public knowledge, so she's still a little weird and trying to keep to herself.
