"You're right. You never know what the future brings." And perhaps that will change, she could only hope. Delia glanced over at Charlotte and hm'd. She could tell more than ever now that she wasn't exactly human. Kind of like her, but not. "I suppose it must be nice for you to find such a place." Not only was she oppressed as a woman, but oppressed as a human being. Well being that she was made, and not born. And considered furniture. The name didn't sit well with her, but she didn't really know what to call herself. She was just Delia. Most people looked down on her though.
Delia smiled slightly. "I fear I'm not a very good actress. My.. performance is more physical and has to do with my body.. and... well you know. The people there are little more than a freak show. People just come to stare at you. I don't know that it's real talent." It was something she had been born with. It wasn't like she worked hard at perfecting it. "I don't really know my interests, except that I like to collect things. I'd like to see the world. I've seen very little of it."
