Damn, what was with her and bumping into him? Sam suppressed the scowl that threatened to cross over his face and stepped back, allowing her to pass by him without any trouble. "Friggin weirdo," he muttered under his breath as she stepped out of the door, "here I was thinking that Ruby was fucking crazy."
Turning back to his cart of items, Sam dropped the hook in his hands and bent down to pick it up. Sometime between dropping down and standing back up to his massive height again, Sam realized that something was wrong. Very, very wrong.
His pockets. They felt...lighter.
A look of realization dashed it's way across his face like lightning. Hands reaching down to pat at his pockets, Sam desperately began to search for the items that Parker had just walked out of the store with. This was the second time that he had been pick-pocketed and, in short, Sam Winchester was not amused.
Gun missing. Wallet gone. Cursing under his breath, Sam made a dash for the door, stumbling outside only to find that the girl from the store had practically vanished into thin air.
