Case Information: Elian was reported missing on January 6th by his landlord after failing to pay his rent. He was last seen entering his apartment on New Years Eve 2010 at approximately 8:05pm by a neighbor, wearing jeans and a faded green teeshirt. There were no signs of forced entry to his apartment or signs of possible struggle. All doors were locked from the inside and belongings intact, including Mr. DeMattéo's wallet and keys. Police are not ruling out foul play but have no leads at this point.
Mr. DeMattéo has no known relatives.
