Eric had his own fondness for Gabe, but humans were sometimes odd about sexuality, so he wasn't going to brag too much, aside from a little smirk as he sat down and leaned back on his hands, looking up at Issac as the conversation continued. "Japan? Yes, I would like to go there." Eric replied with a nod. "Is an island country, yes? Maybe I meet some of the native merfolk!" That thought excited him and he bounced slightly on the bed.
The thought of the dolls being magical made him frown slightly. He wanted them gone, because they were scaring his friends and because they were infecting the lagoon with energy he didn't like, even though he didn't know quite how to describe it.
But that wasn't why Issac was there, visiting him, taking his cotton candy and complimenting his rug. Eric was about to ask how they could go about translating his thoughts for Issac when Issac's eyes fell on the trap door underneath his bed and Eric nodded with a grin. "Yes, is my water bed. I would show you, but you are not having gills. It is nice, though, having two beds. One for when I am by myself and one for when I am not." He finished with a wink.
Patting the spot on the mattress next to him, he remembered the question he hadn't voiced earlier. "So, how does this work?" He asked curiously, tucking a stray bit of hair behind his ear. "You just touch and, poof, you are hearing my thoughts in English?"
