A cool breeze and light taste of a fae on the wind rolled over his tongue beyond the market full of heat and salt water. A mischievous spark, the hint of his flame, showed in his dark brown eyes. Humans either found themselves lured in, naturally subservient, or afraid as he walked by, all the while supernaturals drew in close like moths to a torch.
He did not care which happened honestly, from starting his existence his other half had been with him. They arrived to the baby world long before humans or other creatures. They had found him there in the swirl of energy to act as a companion. Before the slow picking off of Djinn happened as the Gods took from them their freedom or taught supernaturals and now humans how to bind them, there had been far more companions of a neutral light as they had been. But after the brutal death of his companion at the hands of very specific people he had realized why so many of the others turned dark and destructive toward the creatures. He had a list written amongst his flames of people who would pay for their ignorance and betrayal.
Turning a corner he disappeared from sight, only to appear behind Aria. His long blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail and common roman tunic. “Hello, little Sylph. May I help you with something?”
