November 8 Who: Blair and Oliver Where: Cirque grounds When: Afternoon What: Exploring what the grounds have to offer Warnings: TBD
The last few days Blair had done almost the same thing each day since joining the cirque. Though some of those days she had been locked inside her place due to the wild hunt. That, however, had basically been three days ago. She knew she could have gone looking around and whatnot the first night of not being locked in or even last night, but the fear she still had inside of her seemed to hold her back. It was that fear that probably explained as to why she had kept close to the vampire since the hunt ended, but she knew that was something she couldn't continue to do. Especially not if she wanted to try to forget about the fear and go out to meet the people that were also part of the cirque. She knew that it would be a lie if she'd said that she was not curious to go look around and see what all there was. Although there was still a part of her that was on the scared side to do any kind of exploring on her own.
For a moment, her mind wondered if she should wait for the vampire to wake so she could try to make him go with her, but she told herself not to do such a thing. No, she needed to do this on her own. Didn't she? She was hesitant her thoughts and everything inside of her knew that she was. However, she was also aware that she couldn't judge that this place would in some way scare her because of the fear she'd felt while they were running or what her imagination thought up while being locked in the new home during the hunt. Which was why she was in many ways forcing herself to do this on her own.
The brunette had dressed warm, even putting on a scarf, before she'd left the trailer. Her eyes looking around at the snow-covered homes as her hands slide into the pockets of her warm coat. Her booted feet soon began walking mere seconds after she had told herself that she could do this. She tried not to think about the things that had been filling her mind the last couple of days as she walked towards the tents. She wasn't sure what all would be happening during the day, but she figured that finding out would partly be some of the fun in exploring. Would she be able to have fun though? Or would she end up just chickening out and going back home until it was time to leave for their performance? No, she couldn't let herself chicken out. She needed to do this, needed to try to learn her way around as well as meet some of the people. Shortly after she had decided that she'd started singing a song in her mind while her eyes glanced around and her feet continued to walk.
