Seating Area - 11:30pm - Rose & Artair
For a moment, he thought to glance back at her touch but didn't. Either she was doing something kind or just trying to calm him down. It was gentle and careful so he thought nothing of it otherwise. But as soon as he spoke, her hand was away like she'd been combing her fingers through flames. Alas, he wouldn't have minded further attention but he was too worried about the pixies right now to insist otherwise.
If a cat could raise an eyebrow, Artair certainly seemed like he did, "Why should I leave my natural form just because I can't eat a couple of pixies? I'll not be repressed by my lessers." After a moment, he then added, "Also, I worry what sort of costume the magic would put on me. I take very particular care about how I look." Which was why he had been very carefully painted to be skeletal. It was all very precise.
After a moment, he rose up enough that he could turn to her, bowing in the way only a cat could, "I apologize for my interruption of your drink. I am Artair MacBeth." He didn't know which one this woman was but she was very beautiful and he needed to remember his manners.
