"I know, right?" He was grinning from ear to ear. He didn't have Kennedy's languid grace, but what he lacked he made up for in enthusiasm; he took her hands and gave her a spin, looking down at the fake gore running down her chin with an amused arch of his brow. "Vampire, huh? Isn't that kinda like... I dunno." He scrunched his face as he thought of what he wanted to say. It wasn't easy coming, what with the alcohol clouding his thoughts. "...Insulting to the actual vampires? Your costume suggests that they are messy eaters, for example, which might not be true of all vampires."
He was messing with her, of course, as evidenced by his shit-eating grin as he spun her again, this time in the other direction, and then ducked under her arm to spin himself for fun.
