"The little bits and bobs you do is enough to play," Issac encouraged with a wink. "Not everyone slips into minds and dances around." Jobs did not always fit with the supernatural gifts present in the creature, but with their personality and hidden strengths. Issac found the Ringmaster had a knack for knowing where someone could be their best. For or against the judgement of the employees, everyone ended up exactly where they needed to be and few were offered options. Issac had never done any other job, even being dropped off at the tender age of 10, because in the end, the boy had to have some way to focus his chaotic talents.
