Drawing attention for something other than her strange powers (which she was starting to find out might not be so strange after all) wasn't something Emika was accustomed to. She wasn't used to wearing such finery, either, usually ending up wearing hand me downs or donated clothing. The dress fit her like a glove.
It was hard to keep from fidgeting under his gaze, but she was able to keep a neutral expression on her face, feet firmly planted on the ground and hands at her sides. "It's not an odd question." He was upside down, after all. Something in his tone gave her a shot of excitement and a smile tried to sneak its way onto her face, tugging on the corners of her lips. "Much better! It's much better than where I was," she confirmed. "The sights are... interesting. I have a lot yet to see. Just thought I'd check this place out next."
