It had been about a week since Emika had been drawn into Cirque Nocturne. She felt like she had stepped into the pages of one of many YA paranormal books that she had read. News of deaths and disappearances hadn't truly put her off. Those happened every day in London, too. What she ended up focusing on was how good it felt to have a bed again and not only that but an entire little house that was hers. She had a job, too, that wasn't half bad so far, and she had even been encouraged to practice her gift instead of hiding it, which was a definite first.
Emi had done some exploring, but she still had a lot of attractions and shops to visit before she would have seen it all. She was dressed for work in the dress that made her look like she was draped in the gas and dust of galaxies. There was still some time before she had to silently preside over the Stargazer tent so she went walking, winding up in front of the Illusion tent.
It was then that she heard someone say her name. Her brows rose skyward and she stepped inside, finding someone sprawled half on, half off the stage. "Lurking?" She supposed there was some truth to it, though she had only just started lurking. "Fair enough." Guessing that she didn't have to introduce herself, she went ahead and asked what she was immediately curious about. "What are you doing?"
