Unlike many vampires at the Cirque, Byron had no real fear of being out past dawn- especially in England as winter approached. The morning would happily start up with a gloom and cloud cover that came with the fast approaching winter. Though, the vampire did not have the carelessness to think that the trinket talisman they gave employees like himself would protect him from afternoon sunlight or a clear day. Keeping to the shadows came as natural to him as the ability had when it developed.
Taking in the last of shadow-filled circus grounds, Byron had- for the first time in a long time- contemplated the happenings he continuously heard about. How some of his favourite snacks dripped with fear recently only made them more enticing for him, but it made Byron's hunger harder to control. He also had missing time from two days previously that had him at a loss and the strange Fae from the Wonderland gardens had seemed to witness something, but Byron had not bothered to ask.
Leaning against a shop wall, Byron tilted his head to the side as he watched Kit looking quite a mess walking through the space. Pushing off the wall, he walked over to his friend- if one could say that Byron had 'friends'. "Did you eat someone who was spoiled?" He teased, flashing his pearly white smile.
