"Many things," he said slowly. "My time is not being taken up as this is part of my job, Mrs Hall."
"As you may have noticed or have been informed otherwise. There are many creatures amongst us with many abilities that may not settle right with someone new, but be assured that our number one rule here is that no one is to hurt other employees." He paused, tilting his head with a serious look. "As your sister has informed you so simply."
While Maddy had been with them for some time, thinking things, like not to be late for work, were all the necessary prep a new employee needed seemed like she might want her sister to make a mistake. Kennet, obviously, knew that was not the case but the simplified version echoed back at him from the middle Kemp would have made others wonder.
"No matter your feeling on the subject Human patrons may be fed on, as that is natural for many creatures here. Do not interfere with feedings unless they are causing unwanted attention, and then you must go to Security. On that subject, all turning of any human must be cleared with me first. Though I doubt you wish to lose your abilities for those of such other creatures."
He stood straight once more, folding his hands behind his back and looming over her seated form. "I am the end of all discussions and decisions, as I am the only one who communicates with Management. If you have a problem, feel free to send me a message on our network or find me on the grounds. But do not question or argue with any of the specialized rules I may give out depending on the feeling in the area we stop in about our presence. Do you understand that?"
