Extraordinary meant something different in the Kemp family than in the rest of the supernatural world. Margaery might have known a fair amount about her own gift and something about those belonging to the rest of her family, but there was still a lot that she didn't have even an inkling of. There had been no need to, before – she had been able to stay mostly in the realm of 'normal people', except for her readings.
Now, as part of the circus, she already felt a little out of her depth. The little twitch of Kennet's lips, though, made her feel a bit better. Just a bit. Margo's smile was a little wider, and came with a dip of her head that might have been agreement. She had every intention of doing a good job. The only bit that took her by surprise was the mention of costuming, which perked one ginger eyebrow. She had seen one or two of the circus' costumed ladies – surely she wouldn't be dressed like that?
"Costumes. Right." Best to wait and ask Maddy more about that. "I think Madeline hit the high notes... not to be late for work, not to hurt anyone, not to be out too late on Moving Days..." Her key was still tucked into her pocket. "Did she miss anything? I mean, anything too big? I don't want to take up your time..."
