"My skills?" He questioned with a cock of his brow as if she'd somehow mistaken him for someone else. "I'm a hunter, not the hunted," a smirk teasing his features as his hand moved from her waist up over her body to settle near her cheek so he could tease the pad of his thumb along her lower lip. "Surely you've never seen me try to mask my scent, but I'm happy you learned from the others." Which was true. He hadn't realized how delicate she truly was until they'd moved here. Getting used to that was a bother and not something he was taking easily. He enjoyed the Pack, but he hadn't realized he'd been so reliant on the construct to keep Letha safe when he wasn't around.
"True," he agreed with her with a slight nod and a thoughtful look. "You indeed are the greediest woman I've ever known," and in some ways that was true. Her greed was only matched by his own when it came to wanting one another. "There are plenty of ways you could have woken me," he teased as he moved his hand down towards her neck to pet across her and over towards her shoulder, "ways that would have kept us busy for hours," he whispered against her lips as he finally leaned forward enough over her to kiss her.
The tent was lovely. The scent almost cleansing with the wash of nature and then Letha, but he'd stopped stargazing once he'd allowed himself to give in to his need for Aletha. She truly was his sky and every star was dull in comparison to her light. He enjoyed stargazing because it offered him time to stare at her as she lost herself in the sky - if he could paint he would paint those moments, when she looked so distant, but remained so physically near. Maybe it was her magic, but Marco loved being with her in those relaxed moments of silence and as the kiss broke he shifted enough to allow her to look up without him in the way, "this is nice, too," he offered idly as he moved to rest his head against his arm and lay with her.
