Duncan nodded in agreement as Conor spoke, the world never seemed to learn and likely never would. He grew slightly distracted however, when the cat leapt from Conor's arms and began to intertwine himself around Duncan's ankles. Odd, he thought, as the cat scampered off after a moment.
"Aye? So he's convinced I won't kill ye then?" Duncan grinned and shook his head a little at the mysterious cat. "Does he listen to ye? Will the beastie return later or face a good talking to?" He teased with a grin.
"Humans are na good at heeding their own advice, that is true. Though if it were na for their contradictions, I fear ye right, there'd be no cirque." His head tilted at the mention of Sirens and he raised a brow. "Sirens? Like the creatures of folk tales that lead sailors to their deaths? I dare say I have na met one of those yet. Maybe there will be things here that I have na seen in all my years walking the earth." The thought made him pause and look back to Conor.
"What is the strangest thing that ye have seen here?"
