“Oh?” It seemed a little odd that they’d change up the location of things every stop. He didn’t know much about nomadic people though, historically, and had no reference to what the ‘norm’ would be considered so simply shrugged and accepted the new bit of information from Raine while simultaneously wishing she’d started the tour off with that. He would have paid more attention to the tents instead of mapping out the scents in his head or the landmarks as he chose things that stood out to him.
It had been nice stretching and walking around with Raine. Though her scent was something that made him want to be on alert her personality was a nice calming contrast that added the piece that helped him keep his calm. Not that he would have shifted or wanted to fight, but he also didn’t make an idiot of himself and scent the air like a rabbit towards new food.
He wasn’t sure what to expect from a statue garden. She’d said something about a fountain and shady spots and that was enough to make him want to see the place for himself. At the mention of someone named Alex his brow arched slightly, “Alex? Another shifter?” Marco wasn’t sure how public everyone made their magical manifestations or identities known so didn’t want to just ask about the male witch he’d met via the cirque media gadget.
Marco moved to Raine’s side so he could follow with her instead of behind her – as he had the whole tour. “If I remember correctly you did offer shady spots?”
